Philadelphia, PA. The City of Philadelphia is seeking a Salesforce Business Administrator for the Philly311 team to support and develop applications for customer tracking and reporting. This position is the liaison between management, Office of Innovation and Technology, City of Philadelphia agencies and departments, and the users of database applications. (S)he troubleshoots and works with end- users to insure that applications meet their needs and keep pace with changes in program operations, policies and/or procedures.

Hampton, VA. The City of Hampton is searching for a 311 Director and Customer Service Strategist. The City’s goal is to position 311 as a valuable resource to citizens and employees. This is a great opportunity to lead a team in the delivery of municipal customer service and problem-solving in in a dynamic community of population 100,000+. It includes leadership of a staff of 18 and work with all of the department heads. It also involves collaboration with the City Manager’s Office about citizen service issues and initiatives, including using technology to enhance service delivery.
