Due to the severe weather conditions interupting normal work operations across much of the country this winter, the deadline for completing this year's 311 Comparative Survey has been extended to Friday, March 5. This survey provides the only comparative data detailing how local government customer service centers operate across North America. If a city manager or elected official has ever asked you how your center performs compared to others, you know how important the data from this survey is. You can complete the survey in sections or go back to review your answers, as long as you are using the same computer and haven’t deleted your “cookies.” A pdf of the survey questions is attached so you can see what type of information is requested. More than one person in your organization may have received this survey e-mail, but we only want one survey response from each organization.
