The City of Stanfield is seeking its next City Manager. The City has a staff of about 21 employees, of which 9 are full-time and an annual budget of $3.7 million. The position is responsible to the Mayor and 6-member City Council. A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or related field with at least two years local government management experience, including supervisory responsibilities or equivalent required. A Master’s degree is desirable. Successful applicants will have a good general overall knowledge of municipal operations and demonstrated experience and knowledge in financial management, budgeting, grant writing and procurement.
